New - TOA Harpex Upsampler

We're proud to announce a new VST plugin in our Third Order Ambisonics (TOA) range: the "TOA Harpex Upsampler". As the name suggests, this is the result of a collaboration with Harpex Ltd and uses the same core algorithm as their excellent Harpex-B plugin!

This allows recordings made with first order, four channel ambisonic microphones to be converted to high resolution, third order, sixteen channel mixes which can then be sent to other TOA plugins, such as the TOA Manipulators or TOA Decoding plugins.

The algorithm used is an "active" one which estimates the sound directions in the first order material and uses that to synthesise third order material.
